Our mission is to keep the nutritional value of the spent coffee grounds by upcycling it into food products. We want to be a part of sustainable food transition that doesn’t leave any resources behind, in order to secure the future of coffee and protect the environment from degradation.
First step is to dry the spent coffee grounds that would be otherwise thrown away.
Then, we mill them in order to make coffee flour, which later is mixed with other ingredients and baked.
